FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is this different from therapy?
Coaching here is aimed at your business and leadership goals. Therapy is a separate clinical relationship. Diana’s background as a psychotherapist gives the coaching its depth, but the work stays pointed at results.
What does an engagement look like?
Three- and six-month options, with regular sessions and access in between. The structure flexes to the work in front of you.
Is this for me if I’ve already worked with coaches?
That describes most of Diana’s clients. When the strategies you’ve learned keep not sticking, the bottleneck usually isn’t information. It’s the pattern underneath, and that’s where this starts.
Do you work with teams or only individuals?
Coaching is mainly 1:1. For teams and organizations, Diana runs workshops, trainings, and leadership sessions. See the Speaking page for more info.
